  3. Le materie prime (calcare e argilla) estratte dalla cava, vengono caricate su dumper e trasportate in sili di stoccaggio. TRASPORTO DELLE MATERIE PRIME

  4. MACINAZIONE DELLE MATERIE PRIME Le materie prime vengono macinate in controcorrente ai gas provenienti dal forno di cottura nei mulini a sfere, i quali, al loro interno hanno delle sfere di ghisa che frantumano calcare e argilla, rispettivamente nelle quantità 75 % e 25%.

  5. CONTROLLO DELLE CARATTERISTICHE DELLA FARINA CRUDA Dopo la macinazione delle materie prime il prodotto viene sottoposto a controlli in laboratori chimici.

  6. DEPOSITO E OMOGENIZZAZIONE IN SILI

  7. COTTURA Durante la cottura argilla e calcare reagiscono tra di loro e formano diversi composti con caratteri acidi e basici: Alite, Belite e Celite. Il prodotto che si ottiene all’uscita del forno è chiamato Clinker.

  8. CLINKER Il prodotto derivante dalla cottura della farina cruda viene chiamato clinker e si presenta sottoforma di pallottoline grigie .

  9. DOSAGGIO COSTITUENTI E MACINAZIONE DEL CLINKER Il clinker viene poi macinato con l’ aggiunta di gesso, che regola il processo di idratazione.

  10. CONTROLLO CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO FINITO Il prodotto finito viene sottoposto a provini che ne controllano la resistenza meccanica.

  11. SPEDIZIONE Il cemento viene spedito sfuso o in sacchi.
