  2. Welcome Back! (AGAIN!) • We hope you all are doing well • Check your emails for internship opportunities!

  3. Ways to Conserve Water • When washing dishes by hand, don't let the water run while rinsing. Fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water. • When brushing your teeth, turn off the faucet until it is time to rinse • Take quick showers instead of baths; showers with low-flow showerheads often use less water than baths • And don’t forget to boil any water you plan to use in your food!

  7. Bake Sale Orders • Orders for: • Candy grams • Chocolate covered strawberries • etc. • Orders will be due by FRIDAY February 11th • Turn them in to any officer

  8. DATE WITH CUPID <3 • “Date With Cupid!<3” • UGLC • February 14th 10:30am-3:00pm • Bake Sale • Chocolate covered strawberries • Baked goods • Etc • Brave enough to be CUPID? • We need YOU to be “cupid” • Men and women • At least 2 of each • Pictures taken, sent via email

Pet Guardian Angel Welfare Association • February 20, 2011 • We will be dedicating a day to help their wonderful organization….so don’t wear your Sunday best! • If you can’t attend you can make up hours by donating items to the shelter. • Location: Pet Guardian Angel Welfare Association, Inc.14911 McCracken Dr, El Paso, TX 79938 • Items to donate: Copy Paper, Office Supplies, Monetary Donations, Gift Cards (Wal-Mart and Petsmart), Pedigree Dog Food (Small bites dry), Pedigree Puppy Food (Canned), Towels, Blankets, Toys, Dog Houses, Cat Litter, Purina Cat Chow

  10. Dues • February 15th 2011 – Organization Fees are DUE • $12 National (no shirt) • $15 Local ( shirt) • $27 both • April 14th 2011 – Sash Fees are DUE

  11. Regional ASM Meeting • March 4th and 5th • Albuquerque • If you do research on campus and have a poster, you are eligible to attend

  12. Mentorship Opportunity • Cary, graduate student • Mentorship program for women 13-19 that have been witnesses or victims of abuse
