A, THP-1 cells were pretreated with decursin for 2 hrs and stimulated with 1 mg/ml LPS. Thirty minutes after the activation, subcellular location of p50 was tested using immunofluorescence assay. B, THP-1 cells were pretreated with decursin for 2 hrs and stimulated with 1 mg/ml LPS. The subcellular location of p50 was tested after indicated times.
