With a volunteer board of 14 trustees and partnerships with 7 organizations, the Trust has successfully regenerated the town through projects including 22 new affordable homes, 3 shops, a Community Centre, and a Youth Drop-in Centre. Attracting £4.9 million in investment, the Trust is committed to self-sustainability, empowering the community, and demonstrating economic value through its initiatives.
