  2. LEY 18.104 del 6/III/07 * MARCO GENERAL QUE COMPROMETE AL ESTADO A ADOPTAR LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS TENDIENTES A ASEGURAR EL DISEÑO, ELABORACION, EJECUCIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO DE LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE MANERA QUE INTEGREN LAS PERSPECTIVAS DE GÉNERO.

  4. * UNA HERRAMIENTA PARA AVANZAR EN EL LOGRO DE LA IGUALDAD DE OPORTUNIDADES Y DERECHOS Y LA NO DISCRIMINACIÓN DE LAS MUJERES. * UNA OBLIGACIÓN DEL ESTADO PARA DESARROLLAR POLÍTICAS TENDIENTES A SUPERAR LAS DESIGUALDADES E INEQUIDADES PARA LOGRAR UNA SOCIEDAD MAS JUSTA.

  5. OBSERVATORIO SOBRE DERECHOS Y OPORTUNIDADES DE LAS MUJERES EN OSE RESOLUCION DE DIRECTORIODE OSER/D N° 500/08

  6. * UNA MANERA ADECUADA PARA QUE EL ESTADO CONTRIBUYA A LA DEMOCRATIZACIÓN DE LAS RELACIONES SOCIALES DE GÉNERO Y A SU VEZ DAR RESPUESTA A LAS MÚLTIPLES DISCRIMINACIONES E INEQUIDADES QUE POR RAZONES DE GÉNERO AFECTAN LAS RELACIONES SOCIALES Y LABORALES.

  7. NUEVOS LINEAMIENTOS OPP PRESUPUESTO CON VISION DE GÉNERO OPP - INAMU

Segunda pauta:La Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto, con el objetivo de incorporar la perspectiva de género en la elaboración de los presupuestos de las empresas públicas, solicita que en la previsión presupuestal correspondiente al ejercicio 2008 se incluya la creación y/o fortalecimiento de mecanismos de promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades y derechos entre hombres y mujeres. Asimismo se considera conveniente incluir dentro del presupuesto, información desagregada que incluya la perspectiva de género respecto al funcionamiento interno de las empresas y de los usuarios.

PRESUPUESTO 2009 - OSE CRITERIOS APLICADOS: *NO HAY INCREMENTO DE LA ASIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTAL *HAY UNA REASIGNACIÓN DE PARTIDAS PRESUPUESTALES *EXPLICITAR EN EL PROYECTO DE PRESUPUESTO UN CAPÍTULO ESPECÍFICO PARA EL TEMA EN GASTOS PROYECTO XX– OBSERVATORIO DE GÉNERO – PARTIDA DE U$20.000 EN EL GRUPO 1 --- u$ 6.OOO EN EL GRUPO 2 --- u$ 14.000
