We need data to function and our natural habitat is under threat • CLG review of all national data collections • Zero Based Review from the Information Centre • End of CQC Self Assessment • This is not about self preservation. • This is about making sure we have the resources to provide Commissioners and Decision makers with the information they need. • We must: • Make sure the Zero Based Review by the Information Centre works for local authorities, and support the IC to continue the development of tools such as NASCIS. • Educate members and politicians of the importance of having a relevant national data set for adult social care. Endangered species!
