  2. What is it? • Scottish Government Employability Framework • A service delivery model to support people into work • Aim is to have consistency and a “joined-up” approach across key partners • Local Employability Partnerships responsible for implementation • The Pipeline has 5 Stages

What are the Stages? • The Pipeline stages should enable initial identification of support needs, but also enable progression from “Not job ready” to “Job ready” to “In work” • Stage 1: Referral / Engagement • Stage 2: Barrier removal • Stage 3: Vocational activity • Stage 4: Employer engagement / Job matching • Stage 5: In work support / Aftercare
