  2. The CAARI organizers would like SNEAP to consider joining us in Las Vegas in 2020. The meeting would be jointly billed as CAARI-SNEAP-2020. • The two meetings would run concurrently but independently • Mark and I would chair the SNEAP meeting • We already have a contract with the Red Rock Hotel and Casino for 1500 room nights reserved at a discounted rate. • We also have arranged for 7 meeting rooms for the week, so CAARI would have 6, SNEAP 1, just like here. • We would use the same CAARI website, apps and webmaster, but renamed as CAARI-SNEAP.com, for accounts, registrations, payments, abstracts, conference schedule, venue info, etc. • There would be separate registration fees, but combined banquets, excursions, …

  8. Milko- I missed you at the SNEAP meeting that is just ending today. I am presenting a proposal in a few hours to have SNEAP combine with CAARI in 2020 in Las Vegas. As you know SNEAP is usually every year, and I have been trying to convince Damir and Milan that Croatia could host the conference in 2019, say in Dubrovnik. It would be good to get your input on this before this presentation. I think Damir and Milan would be good chairmen:) MilkoJakšić 8:19 AM (2 minutes ago) to me hi Barney, well, on the first ball I would say yes, however there are several if’s But with a help of guys Milan and Damir, we could do it. If the conference should be coupled to visit of accelerator facility, than Zagrebn would be better. Dubrovnik is quite expensive these days, but we have some options that would be cheaper. For now you can state mine ‘yes’ but with hard confirmation… all the best
