  15. Beliefs • Using list of beliefs, for each statement, mark the following: • + I agree with the statement • - I disagree with the statement • ? I do not understand what the statement means

  16. Beliefs • For the set of Beliefs listed as #1, identify key words you agree with the most

  17. Vision • What are your highest hopes for students? • What do you envision as the desired, ideal future? • What you hope the organization will cause to happen? • What is the purpose of the organization’s existence?

  18. Vision Protocol • Step 1: • Each team member writes a one-sentence statement that captures their envisioned future (3 min).

  19. Vision Protocol • Step 2: • Each team member shares their vision statement with a partner • Each team member shares their vision statement with the group • Facilitators will capture key words from each shared vision statement
