  2. Mike was always getting into mischief. The other monkeys did not know what to do with him.

  3. The Monkey king called a meeting. All the older monkeys went to the council. “Mike may not know he is causing trouble,” one monkey said.

  4. But everyone knew that was nonsense. The monkeys talked and talked. At last they had a plan. The Monkey king said to send a message to Mike. They wanted to see him right now.

  5. The Monkey King was firm. “We all have a duty to try our best,” he told Mike. “I don’t want to see one more tidbit of trouble from you. If you are good, I will give you your own banana tree. “ Do we have deal?”

  6. He was satisfied with the deal. The Monkey King was happy, too.
