  8. DETERMINATION OF QUORUM Art. V, Sec. 4 (2) (Quorum) One-tenth of the membership present in person or by proxy shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business GACC Midwest has 512 votingmembers in good standing. 51 members (10% of membership) constitute a quorum.
