Professionals need to be continuously engaged in some intentional method of learning from practice • Schools need to be restructured so that teachers work in teams. • Schools and universities need to be restructured to promote knowledge building over knowledge reception • School Leadership needs to take a Service Orientation to Educational Professionals Goals and Objectives

  5. Promote intentional programs of continuous learning • Action Research • Lesson Study • Learning Communities • Provide an understanding of why and how to move from teaching to promoting learning (knowledge building) • Distributed forms of Leadership and Service Leadership as models for school administration Collective Actions
