  3. WCV TEAM CAMP GOALS • Altitude Training / Running • Team Building • Leadership Training • Recruitment

  4. ALTITUDE TRAINING/RUNNING • Increase Endurance • Increase Strength and Speed • Avoid Fatigue • Improve Recovery

  5. TEAM BUILDING Our Goals will be to set/accomplish the following: • Set a clear unity in purpose. • I want the group to be self-conscious about our own practices/workouts; our expectations/product. • Set clear and demanding performance goals. • I want each individual to carry his or her own weight; the importance of competition; everybody achieves not just participates. • Have the leadership of the team shift from time to time; family feel.

  6. LEADERSHIP • VISION:What are our goals? • MOTIVATION:Be inspired. • EMPOWERMENT:The opportunity to succeed is given to them everyday. Will they take it? • TRUSTWORTHINESS: Is our effort consistent with our beliefs? Do we believe in each other? • RISKS: Are they willing to trust their abilities? • FOCUS & FOLLOW THROUGH • HUMOR: Let’s have fun while working hard.

  8. $$$ - COST - $$$ • ROOM & BOARD: $269.00 • 4 NIGHTS, 5 DAYS. • $55.00 (20%) IS DUE ON MONDAY, APRIL 22. • 3 MEALS INCLUDED PER DAY AT YMCA • BUFFET STYLE EATING • FUEL: $72.00 • 5-6 TANKS OF FUEL PER VEHICLE? • $60.00/TANK X 2-3 VEHICLES? • $1080.00 • IF 15 STUDENTS ATTEND, $72.00 PER STUDENT.
