  39. 证书解锁 • 用户输入错误密码累积十次以上（含十次），USBkey会被自动锁死，此时需要对key进行解锁 • 用户提交解锁申请 • 证书管理员授权解锁并获取授权码 • 证书管理员将授权码告知用户进行解锁 www.uni-perfect.com

  40. 登陆政务在线服务平台，提交解锁申请 www.uni-perfect.com
