Exploring the Wonders of the Museum: Fun Facts and Learning Adventures

The Museum visit was an exciting experience filled with fun and learning! I discovered fascinating exhibits, like the extinct moa, which was hunted for food and fur. I learned about the giant spider from Brazil and an ancient crab fossil from Taranaki that is 15 million years old. Engaging tasks kept us entertained, and I even discovered how magma, which is lava beneath the Earth's surface, is dangerous without proper gear. Mrs. Murray seemed to be enjoying the adventure just as much as I did!

  3. The tallest bird is a moa. The moa is extinct because the hunters used to eat their body and used their fur for blankets .

  4. The biggest spider came from Brazil and the fifteen million year old crab fossil came from Taranaki.

  5. I think Mrs Murray is having a good time!

  6. I also know that magma is lava under the earth and you would have to wear this so the lava doesn’t burn you.
