Enhancing Upper Elementary Development in Northampton County

This project aims to enhance educational practices and student development in Northampton County's upper elementary schools. Led by Cecilya Williams and Demetra Lassiter, it incorporates effective programs such as Imagine It! Reading, Envision Math, and Accelerated Reader to boost literacy and numeracy. Emphasizing the importance of parental involvement through community conferences and advisory committees, the initiative seeks to improve school climate and promote cognitive, social, and physical development. The goal is to establish academic excellence while nurturing intrinsic motivation among students.
