Addressing Teen Sleep Deprivation: Causes, Consequences, and Solutions
This project explores the critical issue of sleep deprivation among teenagers aged 13-18, highlighting causes such as academic pressure and lifestyle choices, as well as its consequences including obesity, depression, and impaired concentration. We conducted a survey and interviews to gather data, and proposed the "Sleep Organiser" project to help students plan their sleep schedules effectively. This initiative aims to promote good sleeping habits through visual aids and interactive learning. Ultimately, it addresses urgent societal needs and emphasizes the importance of sufficient rest for well-being.
