  2. TERMINOLOGY Factoris a group of statistically related questions which addresses a broad concept more completely than just a single question; much like a theme. Mean is the average for the responses, on a seven point scale, for the factor. Differenceis the difference in the mean from the current year to the past year. Select 6 are six benchmarked institutions selected by Residential Life for performance comparison (Ithaca College, Rider University, The College of New Jersey, Ramapo, Rutgers-New Brunswick, Westfield State College, 2012)
