This report analyzes responses from 394 HR professionals regarding the implementation of "Snowbird Programs," which allow employees to transfer to warmer locations during winter months. Out of 2,922 emails sent, 2,754 responses were received, resulting in a response rate of 14%. The survey was conducted from September 18 to September 26, 2007, with findings presented on September 28, 2007. The margin of error for the results is ±5%. Notably, 383 participants were considered, excluding those uncertain about their organization's offerings.
