  3. Creating Snake Trails: • Snake trails are relatively easy to create: • First, create an AutoShape and insert a custom path from Custom Animation. • Make several copies of the original AutoShape.

  4. Creating Snake Trails: • Move all the AutoShapes to one area, until they cover each other up.

  5. Creating Snake Trails: • Under Custom Animation, time each AutoShape so it moves 0.1 second delay from the previous one (you can do this easier by using advanced timeline.

  6. Creating Snake Trails: • So far your animation should look something like this: • From here you can continue to add effects to the trail and give the overall animation a different appearance
