    2. Who is Arizona Public Service? Headquartered in Phoenix. APS, is Arizona’s longest-serving electricity utility, serving approximately 1.1 million customers. Operates 10 Power plants that use a variety of resources to produce electricity. Provides service in 11 of Arizona’s 15 counties.
