The Selling Process • Identify qualified customers • Reseller working with clients, either existing Sage Accpac ERP users, or potential new customers • In bound calls to either Sage, Reseller of Iciniti • Product overview • Phone conversation, WEBEX, face to face (with or without Iciniti depending upon Reseller knowledge level) • High level requirements overview • Enables Iciniti to provide a reasonable estimate of total project cost so Reseller can provide a quote or proposal to customer • Upon acceptance of proposal by customer • Reseller provides Iciniti with a Purchase Order for products and services • Iciniti will issue invoice to Reseller (net of Reseller margins) for a minimum of 50% of the total project (the deposit) • Receipt of deposit Iciniti will schedule project and assign resources • Detailed project scoping • Complex Web store projects will often involve a detailed project scoping phase, often at cost to the customer. This process is to ensure that project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations.
