Enhancing Teacher Development through the TAA Scheme
The TAA Scheme is designed to support both permanent and temporary teachers through two main activities: TAA 1, which focuses on teaching feedback and preparation, and TAA 2, confirming permanency. This scheme aims to improve the quality of education delivery and enhance the effectiveness of new teachers by providing structured consultations, advice, and support. Key components include pre-activity meetings, observations, and action plans that span 8-12 weeks for TAA 1 and 8-12 months for TAA 2, fostering professional growth and collaboration among educators.
