ABS • Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene • Synthetic polymer • Gives off order while printing • Amorphous – no true melting point • Easy to work with • Prints well at 220ºC PLA • Polylactic Acid • Made from plant starch • Renewable • Biodegradable • No fumes • Can be difficult to work with • Melting point about 175ºC
