  4. Measure/ monitor • Follow up of patients /document • Service coverage • Regular Community feedback – volunteers, patients feedbacks on special occasions, feedbacks from local partners

  5. How to increase quality ? • Good communication with patients and community ( including availability and cost of treatment) • Health education - Local languages • Good HR management including regular orientation & training
