What’s Next? • I’m moving my coverage to Regence – Now What? • Locate your providers! • Take your packet home to share with your family members • Complete your enrollment application • Include social security numbers for all enrolling family members • Let your doctor and pharmacy know you have a new plan • Get a new prescription for mail order • Review the Regence Prescription Prior-Authorization list and Rx Formulary • Contact Regence for Prescription Prior-Authorizations, if necessary • Get your prescriptions refilled • Ongoing medical issues?
