  7. “Power Form” • Allows requestor to identify roles involved in approval process • Requestor’s identity is captured on form • No authentication needed to submit

  8. Workflow • Requestor – completes, attaches donor intent • Fund Director – reviews, signs • Optional: Department Reviewer – reviews, initials • UCP – reviews, assigns fund number • Dean/Assoc. Dean/VP –reviews, signs • Fiscal Services Mgmt. – reviews, signs • University Development – reviews, signs • AFD Vice-President’s Office – reviews, signs • Complete – routed to UCP for processing
