  4. The 411 • May 9th, 8:30 AM – May 10th, 12:00 PM • Cost--$40.00 • Transportation • Admission • Dinner • Snack • Breakfast

  5. What to Pack • Small Backpack • Sleeping Bag • Pillow • Pajamas • Change of clothes • Camera • Sunscreen • Toothbrush • Toothpaste • Deodorant • Hand sanitizer • Umbrella/Rain Coat • Healthy Snacks (optional) • Comfortable walking shoes • Hoodie/Jacket • Souvenir shop money (optional) • Lunch for Friday • Possible to order from Cafeteria.

  6. What NOT to bring: • Cell Phone • iPod/iPad/Electronic Devices • Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap • Stuffed Animals/Toys • Snacks containing peanuts • Glass containers • Flip flops • Straws (including juice boxes)

  7. We need YOU (or your parents)! • 5 from each homeroom • Dads are encouraged • $40.00 • Form to be filled out

  8. What you need to do: • Bring Back: • Permission Slip/Medication Form • Pick Up Arrangement Form • Responsibility Contract • Behavior Contract • Chaperone Form (if needed) • Lunch Form (if buying) • $40.00

  9. April 11th • ALL PAPERWORK AND MONEY IS DUE BACK BY APRIL 11TH OR YOU WILL NOT GO!
