  7. Transmitting and Receiving Allows the user to send and receive information about the participants as needed Example: testing officer receiving a report of all participants taking their tests. This would be created by the network and could be emailed or a printed hard copy

  8. Displaying The system would output mainly onto a computer monitor for both users and participants, also on webpages and hardcopy via printers Web cam display of graphic image for collection processes
