Vladimir Averkievand Nina Svershovahavebuilt unified team of experts, Doctors of Sciences and inventorsof USSR and Russia, whose talents and skills complement each other effectively. Key Achievements: More than 20 types of new equipment were designed and launched into serial production to support small and medium-sized businesses. Many technical solutions are performed as inventions and protected by 7 patents and the certificates of the Russian Agency for Patents and Trade Marks. About the Company The equipment under brand PROMBIOFIT is being operated successfully at more than 2500 enterprises. Sales Geography — the Russian Federation (from Sakhalin and Kamchatka to Kaliningrad), CIS and Baltic countries, countries of North Caucasus and Central Asia, Mongolia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Transnistria.   4. Pumps-homogenizers NGD series (NGD-0.55; NGD -1.1; NGD -2.2; NGD -3.0; NGD -5.5; NGD -7.5; NGD -11.0; NGD -15.0;)(dispersants) are designed for mixing and dispersion of fine emulsions or suspensions (gels, creams, pastes, ointments, paints, etc.) in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries while pumping the homogenized product. Homogenizing Equipment High-pressure homogenizers- pumps with piston valve series NGD-VK, a high-pressure valve-type device is designed for heavy machining and production of high-emulsionsin systems "oil-water" or "water-oil" with the size of lipid globules of 1 micron by forcing through a narrow slit of a special valve. It allows to achieve high dispersion of the fat phase and the homogeneity of the product structure.The main application is in the dairy industry (for the final formation of structure and consistency of milk, cream, ice cream, etc.) in the cosmetics industry (in the production of fine emulsions and liposomal creams).

(a container volume of 50, 100, 150, 300, 600 or 1200 litres)It isused as process equipment for production of mayonnaise, ketchup, confectionery and cosmetic creams, gels, pasta, ointments, household chemical products, paint and varnishes, bitumen emulsions, water-fuel compositions, pharmaceutical substances, special-purpose emulsions and suspensions. UNITS for emulsion and suspension preparation of "UPAS" model for production, research, school laboratories and experimental production. (A VOLUME CONTAINER OF 10 OR 20 LITERS) Designed  for production, research, school laboratories and experimental production (enterprises of food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and others branches). The conditions of mixture preparing vary widely and production process can be observed attentivelydue to construction and equipment of the device.

MODEL AQUA Production line AQUA is designed for still drinking water preparation and bottling in plastic bottles or tanks with the capacity of 0,25-10 l and with the production up to 1200 litres per hour. Total gross floor area is 50 sq. m;operating personnel including packaging area is 6 persons; total installed machine power including PET blowing machine is up to 23 kW.

PREPARATION AND BOTTLING LINE FOR DRINKING WATERIN 19 LITRE BOTTLES Production line “AQUA COOLER” is designed for still drinking water preparation and bottling in 19 litre cooler plastic bottles with total production of up to 120 bottles per hour (2300 litres per hour). Total gross floor area is 40 sq. m; operating personnel based upon multi-skilling is 4 persons, total installed machine power is 3,5 kW. Drinking water in 19 litre bottles is used for office coolers.
