N00406-13-T-0465 Pallet Rack repairs. Questions????. BLDG 105 It says to repair in place 26 pallet rack frames, and it says to remove damaged leg and install free standing column repair base and bolt to floor. 1. Are there 26 repairs to be made? If not 26, how many?

  2. BLDG 105 It says to repair in place 26 pallet rack frames, and it says to remove damaged leg and install free standing column repair base and bolt to floor. 1. Are there 26 repairs to be made? If not 26, how many? 2. What is the make/manufacturer of existing racks? Are there any drawings available? 3. Is it possible to get a picture of damaged leg/legs? 4. Since contractor will be expected to support loads while effecting repair, what is the current loading capacity of racks? 5. Who is supplying the repair parts? If govt, do you have data / drawings? BLDG 15 1. Is there only one frame/side or more then one? 2. Who is providing replacement frame? If contractor, do you have make/manufacturer information/specifications on finish/color/ etc for frame? 3. Will contractor have to unload racks, or will they be unloaded by govt? BLDG 893 1. Do you have any drawings/and or floor layout sketch showing racks and how they are positioned? 2. What is make/manufacturer of racks to be removed? 3. For all the racks, columns to be installed, is there any additional specifications on them? 4. Do you have any drawings, specs, etc. for the roofing and siding called for?

  6. Remove 4 pallet Rack Columns Remove 8 small Cantilever Lumber rack, Scrap 7 reinstall 1 outside

  7. Move End Protection Add 4’ section and reuse 1 column reinstall end protection Flip support arm over, bolt lumber truss to arm screw corrugated roof material to truss, add corrugated sides
