Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) aims to develop the backbone necessary to support the integrated digital health infrastructure of the country. NHA Overview National Health Authority (NHA) The National Health Authority (NHA) is an attached office of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW). It has been entrusted the responsibility of implementing the two flagship programs of Government of India, which are “Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan ArogyaYojana” (AB PM-JAY) and “Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission” (ABDM). ABHA Overview ABHA Number is a 14-digit random unique number that acts as a health record identifier ABHA can be created using the following basic details: Name Date of Birth 0000-1111-2222-33 Gender name@abdm State/ District/ Address Valid Mobile Number ABHA Address is an easy to remember unique user created alias Aadhar/ Driving License

HPR Overview Healthcare Professionals Registry is a comprehensive repository of all healthcare professionals across the systems of medicine. Health Professionals can enroll with basic information such as name, qualification, registration number etc. This will cater different category of healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses (may include pharmacists too in future) This registry envisioned to serve as a single source of truth for information on doctors and nurses 10

HFR Registration flow Role Selection: HPID has to be created before the HFRID creation https://hfr.abdm.gov.in/ or https://facility.abdm.gov.in/ Select the role as Facility Manager (Not the nodal officer/verifier) Facility Details: It includes some mandatory fields and some non-mandatory fields. Mandatory: Facility name, country, State/UT, District, Sub district, Address lane 1, Pin code and Geo location. Non-Mandatory: Facility region, village/city/town, Address lane 2, landline number, mobile number, facility email id, Uploads and linked program IDS: Facility building photographs, facility board photographs, address proof type and address proof. You may add other program IDs if any such as NHRR ID, CGHS hospital ID and so on. Detailed facility information: It includes facility ownership and its sub type, system of medicine, facility type and sub type, type of service, specializations and medical infrastructure Submit and e-sign 4
