The objective is to adopt a modern, cloud-based financial management system using standard D365 Finance capabilities. Key Dynamics Solutions will deliver this implementation within a 3-month timeline, covering core modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Taxation. The approach focuses on rapid configuration, minimal customizations, and quick user enablement. This implementation will streamline finance operations, enhance compliance, and improve financial visibility on a scalable Microsoft platform.

Commercials – Project Estimate • Above estimates only cover D365 finance module implementation, D365 SCM modules implementation will be out of scope. • Implementation Services (one-time) – as detailed in this proposal (analysis, development, testing, training, deployment, 2 weeks support.) • The proposal covers 2 weeks of hypercare. Any extended support or annual maintenance contract (AMC) can be provided at an additional cost, if desired by Client, after the initial go-live support period. This can include helpdesk support, regular system health checks, and minor enhancements support on a retainer or T&M (Time & Material) basis. • If any on-site work is required, any travel expenses will be pre-approved by Client and billed at actuals. For now, we assume the work can be carried out with remote work, minimizing travel costs. • Historical data migration is out of scope for this implementation.

Commercials –License cost Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management – Full Users: 20 users These are full access licenses for users who need complete functionality in the supply chain domain (procurement, inventory, sales, warehouse, production etc.). Dynamics 365 Finance – Full Users: 3 users These users will have complete functionality in financial management (General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, etc. Dynamics 365 Finance – Attach Users: 6 users “Attach” licenses for Finance indicate users who already have a base license (for example, Supply Chain) and also need access to Finance capabilities. Dynamics 365 Operations – Activity Users: 30 users Operations Activity licenses are for users who perform lighter tasks in the system that don’t require full user capabilities. Examples might include shop floor operators logging production, warehouse staff updating inventory statuses, or sales reps entering quotations. *D365 licenses have been offered at a 20% discount for 53 users. **There is a minimum number of licenses for Finance & Operations: 20 full users of either the Finance or the Supply Chain Management app. Note that it can’t be 10 of each, or any other breakdown. It has to be 20 licenses of one app.
