  1. Weaving Machine Accessories Manufactures in Surat Keytex is one of the leading manufacturers of stainless steel healds in Surat. We have been since sixty years in the production of steel and were established in 1952. Our leading products are Drop pins, drop wires and stainless steel flat healds. Our products are used in Rapier weaving machine accessories, air jets and water jet weaving machine, projectile, etc. Our work is up to date and is done as per the requirement. Our workers are completely skilled and well experienced gives the best performance in the work. Initially, National Wire heald Work Pvt. Ltd., was started with the production of twisted twin wire healds for shuttle and power looms under the brand name “KEY”. Then this plant was taken over by the two families of Surat R.S. Bachkaniwala led Himson group and Suratwalas of C.B. Suratwala& Sons. The plant is based at Kim near Surat and is spread over 10,000 square ft. OUR MISSION AND VALUES Our mission is to deliver best products all over India and all over the country to the textile industry. Key Textile is looking for ways & means to make all processes, experiments and various grades. Based in Surat we have gained the prominence in the market of stainless steel healds with our behavior and affordable prices. The stainless steel we used offers extreme durability and long service life. OUR PRODUCTS C type: C-shaped healds are used in Air Jet. Rapier and all other types of weaving machines which are suitable for healds. A dimension of C type which is supplied in all standard eye size is 22 x 1.7mm. Duplex type healds can also be supplied with eyelet of 5.5 x 1.2mm & 6.5 x 1.8mm. D type: J-shaped healds are suitable for use on a projectile, Air jet, and water jet weaving machines. In J type one end loops are with a lateral opening(corrugated) in J-shaped and another end loop is flat suitable for profile heald bars of 16 x 2.1mm. Duplex type healds can also be supplied with the eyesight of 5.5 x 1.2m and 6.5 x 1.8mm. O type: O-shaped healds are suitable for Air jet and water jet weaving machines and used with heald bar size of 9.0 x 1.5mm. To achieve high Weaving machine productivity an optimum fabric quality the selection and application of appropriate healds is of utmost important. Drop wires: This are made from hardened and tempered high carbon steel strips and suitable for mechanical & electrical wrap stop motion. Standard ranges of drop wire manufactured by us are 145 mm to 165 mm x 8 x 0.2 mm, 120 mm to 180 mm x 11 x 0.15 mm/ 0.2 mm/ 0.3 mm/ 0.4 mm/ 0.5 mm/ 0.55 mm/ 0.6 mm.
