  2. Our Story… We originally worked on a project to improve talent and selection in a large company. Despite a history of good hiring, and access to the best tools, their results were slipping. They began to notice hiring mistakes, such as issues with integrity, reliability and performance. They hadn't realized hiring had changed and traditional interview methods were no longer reliable. Manyapplicants had been trained by professional interview coaches and had access to prepared responses for the most challenging questions. To address this, we looked beyond job interviewing to assess the practices used by other professions, as well as advances in human behaviour. This resulted in the development of a new employment screening approach. The measured results were significant! New hires were far better, they became productive much faster. In addition, many costs including absenteeism, hiring errors and delays were substantially reduced.
