  3. What does this mean? • A totally disabled vet would receive $12,000 over the span of 10 years • A widow would receive $3,700

  5. A judge dismissed it in 2005 • Judge said it did not fit chemical warfare and therefore did not violate international law • They appealed • Judge said it wasn’t designed to hit human targets, just a defoliant • The Supreme Court refused to hear either the US Veterans’ or the Vietnamese cases
