El Aloe vera • Pertenece a la variedad Barbadensis miller, es una planta perenne. • El cultivo se establece en suelos franco arenosos con facilidad de drenaje para evitar las inundaciones del cultivo. • Está compuesta por dos sustancias: una gelatinosa de color transparente llamada gel de Aloe y otra de color amarillo, de olor fuerte y de sabor amargo, llamada Acíbar. • Entre sus mas Importantes componentes se encuentran los polisacáridos, los aminoácidos, las enzimas, las saponinas, así como vitaminas B1, B6, B9, sales minerales, hierro, calcio, zinc.
