  3. Introduction • Invest Capital Group is a well respected name in the financial markets and investment management circles in Pakistan. With its in-house team of investment, actuarial and risk professionals, the product offering of the Invest Capital group is broad as well as deep.   5. OUR TEAM Nusrat Yar Ahmed • Treasurer, Investment Banker, Deal Maker, Team player and Trusted Advisor. Nusrat Yar Ahmad has worn many hats over the last 31 years. Nusrat has worked in international financial centres and domestic financial arena within Treasury Management, Equity and Debt Underwriting, Corporate Finance and Private Banking. In 1992 Mr. Ahmad left American Express Bank, Pakistan, as Director Treasury and founded InvestCap. Naeem-ul-Hassan • As a hands on CEO at Invest Capital, with a decade of treasury and financial services experience behind him, Naeem-ul-Hassan runs the most active treasury and money market desk in Pakistan. Naeem has been one of the most accurate forecasters of monetary policy and interest rate cut decisions and his money market and fixed income team clears more than 40% of the daily traded treasury debt in Pakistan. Jawwad Farid • Jawwad is a Fellow Society of Actuaries and an MBA from Columbia Business School who built Pakistan’s first Enterprise Risk practice and grew its client list to include a number of local and regional blue chip customers. Jawwad’s specialty is advising customers on portfolio composition and he has advised the largest life insurance company, the largest reinsurance operator and multiple benefits funds on their investment composition.

OUR TEAM Tariq Mahmood • Tariq Mahmood has successfully built and run a portfolio of more than 6,000 retail customers with an equity book of over a billion rupees as part of InvestCap’s northern region. A respected and sought after equity fund manager Tariq has a keen sense of market movements, direction and execution. Tariq runs the Capital Markets group at InvestCap. Khurram Schezad • Khurram is responsible for the equity and economic research group at Invest Capital where his team of analysts diligently covers five core sectors, crude oil and the national economy. Khurram has an MBA in Finance and has been rated as one of the Top 4 Analysts by the CFA Association of Pakistan.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO Corporate Finance Advisory: Invest Capital undertakes the placement of Corporate Equity and Debt Instruments, underwriting of new Debt and Equity Issues and arranging public flotation of these issues. We also provide Corporate Financial Advisory Services to the private sector firms and companies, with an emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and privatizations. Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory: Our ability to make speedy and correct decisions about investment mix and policy, matching investments to objectives, asset allocation for individuals and institutions, and balancing risk against performance is the key element behind our success.Invest Capital’s in-depth market knowledge enables us to provide sound advice on Capital preservation, investment performance and liquidity. Equity Brokerage: Since its inception in December 1997, our equity brokerage operation has enjoyed unprecedented growth. PRODUCT PORTFOLIO Fixed Income/Money Market and Foreign Exchange Brokerage: A pioneer in the area of trading money market funds on behalf of some of the leading financial institutions, Invest Capital is also one of the first companies in Pakistan to serve as a market maker for Corporate Debt (Term Finance Certificates). Our expertise also extends to trading sovereign debt. Today we execute on average PKR 15 billion out of an OTC market average daily volume of PKR 40 billion. Invest Capital provides this service to all leading local and multinational banks, & major nonbanking financial institutions, garnering approximately 40% of the executions for overnight and longer tenor paper. Commodities Brokerage: Investors seeking a more sophisticated method of portfolio diversification have been turning to commodities.
