  1. SATELLITE MIGRATION PROJECT Contractor Orientation

  2. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • Press “menu”, select “installation” and press “ok”. • Select “factory set” and press “ok”.

  3. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • A prompt will appear “do you want to reset all data?”, press “ok” for “yes”. • The “first installation” prompt will appear, press “ok” to save.

  4. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • Wait for “scanning progress” to finish. Press “exit” button. • Press “menu”, select “installation” and press “ok”.

  5. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • Select “LNB configuration” and press “ok”. • To “add new” satellite, press “red button” on the remote control.

  6. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • A prompt will appear “do you want to add a satellite?”, press “ok” for “yes”. • Press “exit” button. Under “installation window, select “TP edit/scan” and press “ok” button.

  7. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • Enter the following parameters: • TP Frequency - 12390 GHz • Polarization - Vertical 14V • Symbol Rate - 25600 MSPS • Select “scan” and press “ok” (Do not press “exit” while scanning is in progress).

  8. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • After scanning, repeat steps 11-12 but enter the frequency “12430” in step 11. • Repeat steps 11-12 but enter the frequency “12470” in step 11.

  9. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • Press “exit” after scanning has been completed. Under “installation”, select “scan” and press “ok”. • Under “scan”, select “all network scan start” then press “ok” button.

  10. SATELLITE FREQUENCY Hyundai-Crystal • You will see the scanning progress. After scanning is done, press “ok”. • Exit the installation view by pressing the “exit” button four (4) times.
