  2. Track Records • The section organizes 8-9 International conferences per year. • Total net profits from the conferences are as follows: • Year 2003 ~S$290K • Year 2004 ~S$106K • Year 2005 ~S$159K

Suntec City Convention Halls • The halls offer the largest column-free meeting area in Asia, spanning 12,000 square metres of total floor space. • They can accommodate up to 10,000 delegates in theatre-style seating or 10,600 square meters of exhibition space. Exhibition Halls • covering 12,000 square meters of space that can be subdivided into four sections, • the Hall has a floor loading capacity of 17.5 KN/m² (approximately 350 lb/ft²) with a ceiling height 8.5m. Meeting Rooms • A total of 31 meeting rooms, which can accommodate groups from 10 to 400 people. • All rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual, theatrical and lighting equipment. There is also a VIP Executive Suite featuring its own lounge and bar area that can seat up to 26 delegates.

Other Features • We have lots of different venues suitable for conferences • We have good relationship and support from the Singapore Tourism Board, and they will provide some subsidizing support so far for all our conferences. • Singapore is a safe country with sound security elements and systems.
