  3. Objective of e-Reporting System • Improve timeliness • Compile , prepare returns • Submit to IDS • Improve data quality • Accuracy, consistency of data

ROLES KK • Prepare data / returns & sends to PKD • Receive data from KK and compile District Returns • Submit completed Returns electronically to IDS PKD • View submissions in Portal and verifies Returns and State Reports • Follow-up with Districts to correct Returns • Monitor submission status of Returns from Districts PKB/PKK / JKN • Monitor submission status of Returns from State • Quality-check aggregate Reports produced by system • Produce Annual Reports • Produce ad-hoc reports from database • Provide support to users IDS • Format Owner • Provide domain support to users preparing the Returns • View reports in Portal Program Managers

Benefits of using ‘e-forms’ • Reduce time in preparing returns • PKD: Reduce time in calculating totals & analysis form • JKN/PKB: No need to aggregate PKD returns to produce State reports • Improve quality of data • Returns from PKD are validated during data entry • Use of standard & unique Facility Codes • Data is consistent, use of NHDD datasets

  10. Benefits of using ‘e-forms’ • Improve timeliness & accuracy of reports compiled at State and IDS (National) levels • IDS, JKN/PKB: • Can monitor status of submissions from PKD • No manual compilation; Aggregation of data and production of reports are done by the system
