  4. 教育技术的概念 • 2004年12月25日，教育部印发了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》，这是我国颁布的第一个有关中小学教师的专业能力标准。该标准对教育技术作出了如下的定义：运用各种理论及技术，通过对教与学过程及相关资源的设计、开发、利用、管理和评价，实现教育教学优化的理论与实践。 返回
