El día 24 de agosto de 2009 , mediante Resolución Nº 877 de 2009 , el ejecutivo Municipal programa el día del BIENESTAR para los empleados de la administración Municipal, el cual se llevara acabo el día 28 de agosto de 2009 a partir de las 08:30am con el fin de dar cumplimiento al Decreto 1567 del 05 de agosto 1998 en los art. 18 al 25. El día 28 de agosto de 2009, En las instalaciones de la Base Militar Albanz adscripta al municipio de San Martín se realizo la actividad de BIENESTAR con todos los funcionarios de la alcaldía de San Martin de los Llanos desde las 08:30am. A 04:00pm, en acompañamiento con IDERMETA
