  2. Webinar Protocol • PLEASE MUTE —your computer and we will move you to panelist so you can talk • Eliminate background noise as much as possible. • Be sure you are signed in with your name. • Send messages through the chat window to all as needed; we may not monitor the questions bar.

  4. Important Dates • By May 10: Submit final supply request list for ordering • May 14: Duplication due • Week of June 14: Duplication and supplies given to Team Leads • Week of June 28: Trainers Workshop, Dress Rehearsal

  5. Final Call: Supplies Deadline is Friday, May 10, 2013 Do you have LCD projectors (not provided), cords, chart stands, power strips etc.

  6. Duplicating Request • Deadline is May 14, 2013 • Duplication triplicate form will be used with person from committee named as contact • Email coming today by 5:00 pm with step by step instructions

Presenter Registration Registration ends Friday, May 10.    Please be reminded of the following: • Please review your selections carefully before submitting the final confirmation. • You will be asked about lodging and hotel accommodations.  Use this threshold for travel to request a hotel:  If your home base is over 2 hours away from the training location.
