Electronic Faculty Effort & Cost Share Project Update

In October 2009, we provided a project update on the Electronic Faculty Effort & Cost Share initiative. We initiated beta testing in mid-September, uncovering significant performance improvement opportunities. The technical team is currently tuning the system based on identified root causes and revising work plans to address these issues. Notable upcoming activities include beta testing, semi-annual Faculty Engagement Checks (FECs), and preparing for the academic school winter quarter launch from December 16 to March 15, 2010.
