Digitization E-Learning Program

This research explores the essential components of e-learning program development, drawing insights from Turkey's experience. Focusing on the roles of content, user interactions, infrastructure, time management, and risk management, the study analyzes how to provide users with relevant content through effective technologies. It emphasizes the necessity of dynamic content presentation, the importance of planning and coordination in program execution, and the need for robust IT infrastructure. Using Moodle and its customization, findings aim to optimize user engagement and program outcomes.
