  10. Quality Assessment in the MWS Howshouldtheindicatorsofworkperformancebeassessed (e. g. numberofpublicationsdepending on thepublicationcultureofthedisciplines, especially in peer-reviewedjournals, at peer-reviewedcongresses, in monographs)? 12. Quality Assessment in the MWS Duringevaluations Open Access isdiscussed in thecontextofthepublicationstrategyof an institute, not in thecontextofmetrics. Access numbersordownloadsarepartoftherequiredinformationregarding electronic ressourcesandsocialmedia, but theyare so farrarelyprovidedbytheinstitutes (often due totechnicalproblems) and so far not consideredimportantbytheevaluatingexperts.

  13. Quality Assessment in the MWS Strong bias in German humanitiesagainsttheuseofmetrics in researchassessment Equally strong biasagainsttheuseofsocialmedia, whichmeansthataltmetricsare not regardedas a valid alternative toothermetrics Publicationstrategyisstill not alwaysdiscussed in detailwithyoungerresearchers
