Overall Attribute #1 and Attribute #2 are the largest barriers for NOT considering a Smartphone • Customers considering a Smartphone for their next phone indicate Attribute #1 (65%) and Attribute #2 (46%) are major barriers for purchasing a Smartphone. • Smartphone Non-Considerers also indicate Attribute #1 (79%) and Attribute #2 (66%) as major barriers, but at a significantly higher rate than Smartphone Considerers. • Attribute #4 and Attribute #5 are also barriers that are significantly higher among Non-Considerers than among Considerers. • More than half of all respondents indicate Attribute #6 (58%) and Attribute #5 (51%) are not barriers to considering a Smartphone.
