  10. TRAVELhttp://nten.org/ntc/travel • 14NTC is in Washington, DC at the Marriott Wardman Park • NTC attendees are responsible for their own travel. No one will call you to book your travel and lodging—beware of scammers. • Secure the NTC Special Room Rates by booking at http://nten.org/ntc/travel . Reservations must be received by February 18, 2014 to receive the negotiated rates for the NTC.

  11. Commonly Asked Questions Q: What should I wear? A: Casual dress. Q: Are meals provided? A: Lunches are provided for those with full NTC conference registrations. Please note that meals are not provided for booth staff, science fair only, or those without full conference registrations.

Exhibiting at the Science Fair The 2014 Science Fair is on Thursday, March 13 and Friday, March 14, 2014 Load-in: • Wednesday, March 12 from 7:00pm – 11:00pm • Thursday, March 13 from 7:00am – 10:30am Show Hours: • Thursday, March 13 from 11:00am – 6:30pm • Friday, March 14 from 10:00am – 3:30pm Load-out: Friday, March 14 from 3:30pm – 9:00pm For more information: http://nten.org/ntc/exhibitorresources

Your Exhibit • One (1) full meeting exhibitor registration and the opportunity to purchase one (1) additional paid registration for $499 if that registration is made by January 31, 2014 • Back wall and side rail drape, two (2) chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign • Access to electrical power • Wireless high-speed Internet access (hardline internet access available for an additional $100/line) • Company listing in the conference guides* (print and digital), including a 25-word company description • 2014 “I’m exhibiting at the NTC” logo to use in marketing to post on your website • Link from www.nten.org/science-fair to your website • Listing in Show Map distributed onsite** *Company name and 25-word description must be received by NTEN by December 30, 2013 in order to be eligible for this benefit **Company name must be signed up before January 31, 2014 You may hang lightweight banners from the pipe, but anything weighing in excess of 10 pounds must be pre-approved by show management. Please make sure your banners or signs have grommets.

  15. Connecting at the Science Fair Can I invite people to the Science Fair? Yes! The Science is open to the public. Invite your friends, colleagues, and clients to visit your booth at the Science Fair. Please note, no conference food or beverage is included with this type of pass. Lead Retrieval Servicesprovided by Expo Logic • No deadline and you can order through their form with a check or credit card • Forms to follow soon • Rental Rates (1st unit/additional unit) • Early Bird: $295/$125 (contract must be finalized by January 13, 2013) • Standard: $345/$150 • On-site: $395/$175

  16. NTC Shipping How do I ship my booth materials? Shipping is through Brede Exposition Services www.brede.com. Please note that the Washington DC Marriott Wardman Park does not accept direct shipments, and all freight must be consigned through Brede. What about outbound shipping? You are responsible for your own return shipping. Please ensure that you have packing materials and shipping labels for any materials you want to ship back to your office/another show. You can make arrangements with Brede so that they will pick up and ship for you.

  17.   18. NTC Materials How many materials should I plan to have? We’re expecting up to 2,500 attendees. But, please take advantage of our digital lit rack on myNTC (information forthcoming) and Expo Logic’s lead retrieval for electronic distribution of your materials.   19. NTC Registration & Staffing All sponsors and exhibitors receive at least one complimentary registration. You may register additional attendees at the current member price. Register for your comps at: http://www.nten.org/ntc/comp Just need staff for your exhibitor booth? Please use this special link. We’ll make sure they have a name badge.

  23. 2014 Program Book:www.nten.org/ntc/programads Digital AND Print versions • NTEN must receive your ad by January 23, 2014for inclusion in the Printed Guide. • NTEN must receive your ad by February 18, 2014for inclusion in the Digital Guide. • Please make sure your file for both the digital and print guide meets the following requirements: • All Ads should be submitted digitally in one of two formats: 1) EPS format with all fonts converted to outline and all linked images embedded; or 2) PDF format with all fonts embedded. • Art should be designed /output in CMYK (4-color process) color space. The ad should be designed to the exact size of the advertisement you are sponsoring (ie: full, half, or quarter page), with no bleed. If you have questions about ad submissions, email joleen@nten.org and please cc: michael@nten.org.

  24. Tote Bag Insert/Green Tote Bag Option Deadline: January 31, 2014. • Please send us your tracking numbers, box count, and quantities, so we can help ensure your packages get to the right place. Those organizations who choose the Green Tote Bag Option will be featured in a special NTEN blog post that includes an advertisement or text and image of their choice, highlighting their commitment to sustainability, as well as feature their logos in any information about our Sustainability Program for the NTC. • If you selected the Green Tote Bag Option, please submit either your text and/or image via our online form: http://www.nten.org/ntc/greentotebag. • Text should be 200 words or less • Image should not exceed 5 MB. • *Please check your sponsorship package and email us with questions
