Sprint 2 Results Summary of Gaps (Issues) Issue Status Email • Ability to create public folders: Public folders aren’t available in Office 365, however there are workaround to fit business need. • Ability to configure mailbox sizes: All mailboxes are set to 25GB with unlimited archival space • Ability to control message size limits: All message size limits are 25 MB • Ability to recover by mailbox, back to 30 days: 28 Days – 14 days for mailbox, 14 days for admin • Ability to recover specific email message: Unless archived, you have 28 days to recover. • Ability to control message size limits for email: All mailboxes are set to 25BG • Ability to configure message size limits per agency within the parameters set by ETAG (30 MB Limit) which includes attachments: All message size limits are set to 25MB • Ability to push agency defined folders from the Exchange Server: Open Issue • Ability to restore core BlackBerry functionality within 30 days: Open Issue • Ability to review queues in the logs and delegate to agency: Open Issue • Ability to transfer public folders during migration, will we still be able to view these folders on premise: Open Issue • Need to give delegated administration rights to DSHS: Open Issue SharePoint • Opening PDF documents Resolved – Requires Adobe Reader 10.1.2 (or save to PC) • Migrating platforms Open Issue - Evaluating path and migration effort Lync • Still having some issues between tenants Open Issue Office Pro/Web Apps • Co-authoring functionality Excel in browser, Word in client • Provides ability to create docs Need to create content types in SharePoint • Ability to print in Web Apps Can only print Word docs at this time • Light editing functionality Is light editing, not like full client • Ability to share documents with public Open Issue Office 365 Project
